[News] Xbox One Does Not Have A Hidden Second GPU

So I guess there have been some rumors flying around that the Xbox One console has a hidden, second GPU. Crazy right?

And it’s of course, just a rumor. Director of Microsoft Albert Penello has confirmed that there is no second “hidden” GPU in the Xbox One console. However Microsoft did make an announcement for DX12 (DirectX12 which is software a lot of games use to run, and DX11c has been out for some time now) and said that the DX12 development will help games to run on the Xbox One. He also mentions that because of the DX12 development he believes that it has spurred rumors of the Xbox One dealing with another GPU which at this point is blatantly false.

I currently have an Xbox One and the systems ARE up and running and there ARE games out for them, so feel free to purchase one before me, and I’ll be sure to review the best Xbox One games once I get one and be providing them on an Xbox One games list hopefully!
