[News] Bulletstorm Being Pulled From Online Game Platforms

The game Bulletstorm, the highly popular Action/FPS that came out in 2010 has been removed from a popular online gaming platform because the developers are not going to support Games for Windows Live.
(Games for Windows Live is a software installation that came with some games on the disc/download. The software is being taken off of the life-support that it was on at Microsoft, and Microsoft is now not supporting it, so it is up to developers to patch over the game and remove it or disable the game completely.)
This is pretty horrid as Bulletstorm was a highly-acclaimed game of it’s time. It’s said that Bulletstorm 2 was in development, however it was halted for the Epic Games team to work on Gears of War: Judgement, the next game in the Gears of War series. The game is available for Xbox 360 and PS3.
The game challenged people to ‘kill with skill’ and granted people points for doing stylish executions and damage to enemies using a whip-type weapon to launch them up into the air, along with an assortment of explosive guns and the like.
Here’s a couple pictures from the game:

And finally, if you’re interested in buying the game because I highly recommend you play this bashing-bandit-fun, here’s some links to nab it from Amazon for a pretty cheap price, considering the gameplay value and how good the game looks for its time. (The PC version may or may not work, just a disclaimer.) You have to select which version you want on the webpage. Also I have here the Limited Edition for PS3 and the Epic Edition for Xbox 360, which are the same things, the Epic Edition for 360 just came with beta access for Gears of War 3 which is currently out. (In respective order, and I also realize that the Limited Edition picture for PS3 is not the correct picture, but it is the correct item.)

Don’t forget to sign up for Amazon Prime! Only $99 per year, that’s less than $10 a month! Amazon Prime is a program that many items on Amazon use for free shipping, no matter the cost of the item. Just go to the top left to the link that says "Try Prime"!
